主旨：NSTC與波蘭科學院(PAS)共同徵求2027-2028年雙邊合作研究人員交流互訪PPP計畫，自即日起受理申請至2026年7月13日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依據NSTC與PAS簽署之合作協議，共同徵求旨揭計畫。
二、計畫申請書須由臺波雙方計畫主持人共同研議完成，並分別向NSTC及PAS提出。臺方計畫申請案須經主持人任職機構於系統中彙整送出，逾期不予受理。
三、獲選計畫預訂自2027年1月1日開始執行，為期2年。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: The National Science Council (NSC) and the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS) are jointly soliciting proposals for a bilateral collaborative researcher exchange program (PPP) for 2027-2028. Applications are open from now until July 13, 2026 (internal deadline is July 13, 2026).

Notes:
1. This solicitation is based on the cooperation agreement signed between the NSC and PAS.

2. Application forms must be jointly completed by the project leaders from both Taiwan and Poland and submitted separately to the NSC and PAS. Taiwanese applications must be compiled and submitted through the project leader's institution within the system; late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Selected projects are scheduled to begin implementation on January 1, 2027, for a period of two years. Applications not awarded funding will not be accepted.

4. Please submit one copy of the application guidelines. Related information has also been published on the NSC website.
