教育部函轉農業部動植物防疫檢疫署有關學術研究機構試製動物用藥品樣品，應向該署申請並經核准，始得為之。
The Ministry of Education has conveyed the Ministry of Agriculture’s notice stating that academic and research institutions intending to produce sample veterinary drugs must apply to the Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine (BAPHIQ) and obtain approval before conducting such activities.
