一、基金會為啟發青年為數位內容產業注入新創意，特舉辦旨揭競賽活動，期能提升臺灣科技、設計及影視能量，競賽主題為「AI賦能永續未來 AI Enable a Sustainable Future」。

二、競賽類別：數位應用類、工業設計類、動態影像類、高中職AI應用類。

三、參賽對象：凡具備全國大專校院(碩博士)及高中職(含五專一~三年級)之在學學生(含2026年應屆畢業生)，皆可報名參與。其它規範，請詳見各類競賽簡章說明。

四、競賽時程：

(一) 數位應用類、工業設計類、高中職AI應用類報名及初賽為114年10月1日至12月30日止。
(二) 動態影像類報名及初賽為114年10月1日至115年2月16日止
(三) 決賽暨頒獎典禮115年4月。

五、競賽獎勵：金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優選5~10萬元；佳作3萬元及其他獎勵。

1. Purpose:
The foundation aims to inspire young people to bring innovative ideas into the digital content industry. This competition seeks to enhance Taiwan’s capabilities in technology, design, and film, with the theme: “AI Enable a Sustainable Future.”

3. Eligible Participants:
Students currently enrolled in universities/colleges (including master’s and doctoral students) or senior/vocational high schools (including years 1–3 of five-year programs), including 2026 graduates. For other detailed rules, please refer to the official competition guidelines for each category.

4. Competition Timeline:

Digital Applications, Industrial Design, High School & Vocational School AI Applications: October 1 – December 30, 2025 (registration & preliminary round)

Motion Graphics / Dynamic Imaging: October 1, 2025 – February 16, 2026 (registration & preliminary round)

Finals & Award Ceremony: April 2026

5. Prizes:
Gold, Silver, Bronze Awards, and Excellence Awards (NT$50,000–100,000); Merit Awards (NT$30,000) and other incentives.
