(計畫徵求)國科會徵求2026年「第四期癌症轉譯計畫(TRANSCAN-4)」跨國多邊合作計畫

主旨:國科會徵求2026年「第四期癌症轉譯計畫(TRANSCAN-4)」跨國多邊合作計畫,自即日起受理至2026年7月17日(校內截止收件)。

說明:
一、旨揭計畫之申請期程及計畫徵求說明以歐盟徵求網站(https://transcan.eu/)隨時更新之英文公告資訊為準。
二、臺灣端計畫主持人須符合國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第三點計畫主持人及共同主持人之資格規定。
三、申請案經歐盟審查成案者,依據「成功參與歐盟跨國團隊科研暨創新計畫」方案(附件),得至國科會網站線上提出「專題類隨到隨審之雙邊協議專案型國際合作計畫(Joint Call)」申請案。
四、計畫主持人同年度執行國科會「雙邊協議國際合作計畫」件數至多以2件為限。
五、本公告計畫經費係專款專用,經費補助上限以新臺幣300萬元/年為原則,未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC is soliciting applications for multinational multilateral collaborative projects under the 2026 "Transcan-4" project. Applications are accepted from now until July 17, 2026 (internal deadline is July 17, 2026).

Notes:
1. The application period and project solicitation details are subject to the updated English announcements on the EU's website (https://transcan.eu/).

2. The Taiwanese project leader must meet the eligibility requirements for project leaders and co-leaders as outlined in Point 3 of the NSTC's Guidelines for Subsidized Research Projects.

3. Applications approved by the EU will be eligible to submit applications online through the NSTC website under the "Joint Call" category, subject to the "Successful Participation in EU Multinational Team Research and Innovation Projects" program (attached).

4. A project leader may execute a maximum of two NSTC "Bilateral Agreement International Collaborative Projects" in the same year. V. The funds for this project are earmarked for specific purposes, with a maximum subsidy of NT$3 million per year. Applications will not be accepted for projects not receiving subsidies.
