一、活動內容如下：
(一)師資介紹：由曾國雄傑出講座教授及其研究團隊共同主持。
(二)參加對象：全球大專院校教師及學、碩、博士班在學之研究生。
(三)時間：115年1月16日至2月2日，每週一下午13時至16時。
(四)地點：該校三峽校區公共事務學院。
(五)授課方式：課程主要由國家講座親自面授，課程涵蓋各式各樣的研究方法與各式各樣的決策理論。課程實作將由學員自選研究的課題進行討論，藉由每週進度協助學員落實相關的研究進度，期望參與的學員在一學期的努力下都能獲得好的研究產出及成果。
(六)招生人數：招收30名學員，課程將優先保留10位名額，提供給舊生複訓。

I. Activity Details:

(I) Faculty Introduction: The course will be co-hosted by Distinguished Professor Tseng Kuo-hsiung and his research team.

(II) Participants: Faculty members and graduate students enrolled in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs at universities worldwide.

(III) Time: January 16th to February 2nd, 2026, every Monday afternoon from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

(IV) Location: School of Public Affairs, Sanxia Campus.

(V) Teaching Method: The course will primarily be taught in person by the Distinguished Professor Tseng Kuo-hsiung. The curriculum covers a wide range of research methods and decision-making theories. Practical sessions will involve discussions on self-selected research topics. Weekly progress updates will help participants maintain their research goals, with the aim of achieving significant research output and results throughout the semester.
