1. The National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs) has issued a notice regarding the “Fiscal Year 115 (2026) NARLabs Gold Award.” The application period is from March 1 to March 31, 2026. Applicants are required to complete the online application process within the specified period. Applications submitted late or with incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
2. The award was formerly known as the “NARLabs R&D Service Platform Outstanding Achievement Award” and has been renamed as the “NARLabs Gold Award” starting from Fiscal Year 115 (2026). Applicants shall submit their applications in accordance with the documentation requirements stipulated by NARLabs.
The major achievements submitted must, in principle, be significant outcomes obtained by the applicant through the use of NARLabs R&D platforms within the three years preceding the application, i.e., from January 1, 2023 onward.
The award incentives are as follows:
Grand Prize: NT$300,000
Excellence Award: NT$150,000
Merit Award: NT$50,000
