1. The Ministry of Agriculture has issued a notification regarding the application procedures for the Fiscal Year 115 (2026) Science and Technology Program titled “Enhancing and Upgrading Service Capacity for the Commercialization of Agricultural Research Outcomes.” The Office of Research and Industry Liaison will also post the announcement on the university homepage.
2. The key research focus areas of the program are detailed in the attached documents. Faculty members intending to apply are requested to prepare the project proposal via the Agricultural Project Management System of the Ministry of Agriculture

), and submit the hard copy of the project proposal by registered mail (postmark as proof) to the project administering unit, clearly indicating the designated reviewing expert, no later than January 19, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
