Taipei: Zhongshan District, near Songjiang Nanjing MRT Station (1-min walk)
Taoyuan: Taoyuan District, near Arts District & Main Library
Taichung: Xitun District, near Eslite 480
Kaohsiung: Gushan District, near Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break), Monday to Friday (weekends off)
Job Description – What will you be doing?
Identifying Potential Sites
→ Conduct field research on land and surrounding environments to assess market potential and find the best locations for new parking lots.
Cold Calling & Customer Relationship Management
→ Reach out to potential landowners for cooperation proposals and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Parking Lot Setup Coordination
→ Participate in contract signing and cross-department collaboration throughout the setup process to deliver high-standard parking facilities.

Who We’re Looking For – Ideal Traits
Enjoys being out in the field, not stuck behind a desk
→ Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving
Willing to try cold outreach and not afraid of rejection
Responsible and solution-oriented in the face of challenges
Open to learning new skills – no prior sales experience required
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: NTD $35,000 – $50,000
