Work Hours: Rotating shifts, based on company schedule
Job Description:
1. Table service and restaurant front desk duties
2. Room service
3. Answering external lines, transferring calls, and attending to incoming calls
4. Fitness center and pool services
5. Assist guests with room reservations.
6. Greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and other related duties.
7. Greet guests, provide directions, deliver luggage to rooms, and other related duties.
Qualifications:
1. Customer Service Center Attendants, Reservation Specialists, Guest Services Receptionists, and Bellmen must be proficient in English.
2. Lifeguards must possess a lifeguarding license from the Sports Council.
